URL input
The one field for typing a web address: a fixed grey https:// prefix and the rest of the URL. Use it for every single-URL field — a website, a landing page, a destination, a reference link. A pasted scheme is stripped so the prefix never doubles, http:// becomes https://, and onChange receives the full URL (or an empty string when cleared). Not for a field that also accepts an ID (an Ads Manager link or an ad ID), or for a query string.
